In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a wcc777 Account, you agree to:

Account Verification (KYC)

Deposits

Any unauthorised use of wcc777 intellectual property may result in legal action. wcc777 actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

wcc777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wcc777 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. wcc777 does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting wcc777 support. Certain data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even following Account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wcc777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or Platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

wcc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• At the Player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.
